59 yo Female: Optimization, Joint pain
59 yo female with joint pain and hair texture complaints. She had been using a concierge medical practice and had no complaints about her medical care but wanted to optimize her aging. We completed extensive testing to analyze biological age, body composition, genetics and nutritional deficiencies. After tailored dietary modifications, hormone optimization and cell membrane support, she reported improved sleep, mood, energy and relief of her joint pain. She is now on a plan to wean medications that she has been taking for 20+ years secondary to improved neurotransmitter function and cardiac support, both secondary to her becoming healthier as a whole person.

31 yo male presents with significant anxiety, stomach discomfort including bloating and diarrhea, difficulty sleeping, alopecia and excessive mucous production. He had visited multiple specialists in the past with temporary relief but symptoms retuned after stopping use. He preferred to avoid prescription antidepressants. Upon extensive work up, he was determined to have a bacterial disbiosis in the small intestine, genetic methylation defects, and immune system reactivity to specific foods he was consuming. 41 yo male presents with anxiety and weight loss resistance.
He had tried multiple weight loss strategies in the past with consistent regain. He preferred to avoid prescription medication in the treatment of his anxiety. Upon testing, he was diagnosed with significant hormonal deficiencies that likely contributed to his anxiety and weight loss resistance. He was given dietary recommendations based on dietary testing and supplements aimed at optimizing his detox and methylation. He was prescribed temporary hormone support along with targeted peptides for weight loss and neurological recovery. Extensive testing showed EBV viral reactivation, significant immune response to foods he was consuming, secondary impact on hormone and thyroid production. He was supported with therapies to specifically target cell membrane and mitochondrial health, immune modulation support and supplementation to decrease spike protein load. He was also recommended to follow a diet that removed high inflammation foods based on his personalized testing. 45 yo male with depression, anxiety, abdominal discomfort, body wide pain and sleep disturbances.
Patient presented with symptoms that had been resistant to traditional medical care and multiple specialty recovery centers after a military career with several concussions and a motorcycle accident. Personalized testing revealed significant hormone deficiency, signs of neurologic inflammation and overactive sympathetic drive (fight or flight). Treatment modalities were started including peptide therapy to support resolution of neurological inflammation to encourage increased production of neurotransmitters. Suspected low endorphin status was address and also sub optimal hormones levels that were contributing to high inflammation. Underlying injuries and drivers were also targeted due to the ability to re triggering inflammation including the gastrointestinal system and his ability to digest food improved significantly. He was provided an external vagal nerve stimulator to support improvement of his parasympathetic drive and improve healing capacity. The patient started seeing improvement in symptoms at 2-3 weeks and had significant recovery at 6 months. He is continuing his recovery by maximizing diet and lifestyle. He now enjoys quality, deep sleep, anxiety has improved significantly and he has been able to become physically active with sports again allowing for a 40lb weight loss. He is no longer has difficulty with mood and has been able to return to working status.
